Hey guys, just wanted to share a vlog to update you on some of my latest adventures! I’ve been having so much fun in LA but my work and life has taken me all over. I hope you enjoy the vlog and a handful of photos that will probably never make it to the gram but you guys can enjoy here!

Summer is here, and with it comes the warm sunshine. I’m currently packing for my trip to Hawaii and about to bathe myself in fake tanner before I go. While we all enjoy basking in the sun's golden rays, it's essential to protect our skin from harmful UV radiation. Not just to prevent premature aging but also to protect our health and skin from potentially developing melanoma. One of the primary ways to shield our skin from sun damage is by using sunscreen. 

My time spent at the Aerial was so special and left me with a more conscious mindset about how I am treating my body and what I am putting into it. At the Aerial they have a pescetarian forward menu. There is an emphasis on healthy fats with clean and lean proteins in the form of fresh fish. All the food and drinks are sourced locally either on the island or from local Caribbean islands. There is a Healing Island Farmacy - which is not your typical pharmacy. The Farmacy is made up of fresh grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs that are used daily in the meals served on the island. The motto on the island is, “If it’s here for you, it’s good for you.”

Aerial Island, a hidden gem within the British Virgin Islands, it offers a captivating blend of natural beauty, tranquility, and adventure. With its unique rock formation, pristine beaches, vibrant marine life, and serene ambiance, the island is an idyllic destination for travelers seeking an off-the-beaten-path experience. Whether you're an avid snorkeler, nature lover, or simply yearning for an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Aerial Island is a place where dreams become reality.

If you’re going to London, I’m going to tell you everything you need to know when it comes to packing! Obviously as we already know, it’s going to rain. So you 100% should bring outerwear that is weather resistant to some extent. I checked the forecast before going and I was a fool to believe that my jackets would suffice in 50 degrees in England, without even an umbrella. Shame on me for not standing true in my function over fashion philosophy! Have a look through my holy grail items for efficient packing!

So I am spending about a week in LA, just checking out the scene before I decide if this is a place I am wanting to call home. I typically have spent most of my Holiday time on the East Coast. I mean when I think about Christmas, I always think of NYC, snow, hot chocolate, cold and cozy vibes. So this week I am putting LA to the test!
