Sun Smart: Get the Glow Without the Sun

Summer is here, and with it comes the warm sunshine. I’m currently packing for my trip to Hawaii and about to bathe myself in fake tanner before I go. While we all enjoy basking in the sun's golden rays, it's essential to protect our skin from harmful UV radiation. Not just to prevent premature aging but also to protect our health and skin from potentially developing melanoma. One of the primary ways to shield our skin from sun damage is by using sunscreen.

Sunscreen alone is not enough to shield your skin from the sun, which is why I created this blog post to share with you all!  You can also stay in the shade during peak sun hours, wear protective clothing like lightweight, long-sleeved shirts, pants, and wide-brimmed hats to cover exposed skin. Also remember it is important to protect your eyes from UV radiation by wearing sunglasses!

Lets inspire each other.

My goal is to create a space where we can connect, share stories, make new friends, find advice and grow together.
