Summer is here, and with it comes the warm sunshine. I’m currently packing for my trip to Hawaii and about to bathe myself in fake tanner before I go. This past week the guys invited me to tag along to visit with Dr. Bryan Abosolo for a chiropractic adjustment. The last time I went to a chiropractor was in 2018, in Japan when I was in a lot of pain. It was the first time I felt relief in my lower back after months of agony. From that moment on, I was a believer in the magic of chiropractic work. I am so serious when I say people ask me all the time what the secret is to styling my hair. But the truth is, there is no secret! My hair has a mind of its own and I may try something one day and it turns out amazing, I do the same thing another day and it’s a nightmare.
