A Conversation with Lauren Kennedy

How She Found Confidence After Losing a Limb & Entrepreneurship in the Clean Self Care Industry.

I sat down with Lauren Kennedy in her beautiful home here in California to chat with her about the beautiful work she is doing with The Stranded Shop and the LSK Foundation.

I took a lot away from my conversation with Lauren. It reinforced my belief that community and relationships amongst women are so important. When Lauren shared how all she wanted was to meet Bethany Hamilton, it felt like all she wanted was to be in the presence of someone she could truly relate to. It’s so human to just want connection and relatability, I feel that same desire as someone who hasn’t experienced anything nearly as traumatic as losing a limb.

It’s incredible that Lauren saw the need for other women to be around others with shared experiences and did something about it. If you want to learn more about LSK Foundation - Click Here.

My goal is to create a space where we can connect, share stories, make new friends, find advice and grow together.
