This past week the guys invited me to tag along to visit with Dr. Bryan Abosolo for a chiropractic adjustment. The last time I went to a chiropractor was in 2018, in Japan when I was in a lot of pain. It was the first time I felt relief in my lower back after months of agony. From that moment on, I was a believer in the magic of chiropractic work. I was able to get into physical therapy that year and worked through my injury. As of lately, I haven’t had anything as severe as what I felt back then but I didn’t even realize how much stress was being stored in my body until I got my adjustment at Beverly Hills Disc and Laser Therapy Center.
If you just google chiropractic benefits some of the top benefits are lowered stress, anxiety, headaches and better joint health, mood, and digestive health. The list goes on but for me, these were selling points to agree to get adjusted. I wanted to use today's blog post to share a little behind the scenes and funny moments of us getting adjusted but more importantly share how I keep the wellness going at home.
